- It will take 1-4 business days to print and ship. Estimated shipping times are given but in almost all cases, the items are delivered before the latest date.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your item looking its best, please follow these care guidelines:
-Machine wash cold (max. 30°C / 90°F)
-Do not bleach
-Tumble dry on low heat
-Iron, steam, or dry on low heat if needed
-Do not dry clean

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly offer a full refund or a replacement—whichever you prefer.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a brief description and photos (if applicable), and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Made-To-Order Policy:
All of our items are made to order to help reduce unnecessary waste and support more sustainable production practices.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal:
Customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day return period in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Please note that this policy applies exclusively to EU customers and does not apply to customers in the United States or other regions.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Accidental Orders: Please contact us within 3 hours of purchase for a full cancellation and refund.
Size & Color Changes: Requests for size or color changes must be made within 3 hours of ordering. After this time, we cannot guarantee that changes can be applied, as production may have already started.
Once production has started, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
Shipping & Delivery:
Once your order has been shipped, any delivery delays or issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
We will, of course, assist you where possible in resolving these issues.

Each item is custom-made, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing due to customer selection.
Please review the sizing chart carefully before placing your order.
If the item you receive differs from the listed size chart by more than 1 inch, please contact us with a photo of the item laid flat alongside a measuring tape.
In such cases, we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
